THE WORK THAT RECONNECTS
5.30pm- 8.30pm
A 3-hour workshop for gratitude, grief, and collective empowerment
This workshop is an introduction to The Work That Reconnects, a flow of practical exercises, reflections and meditations held in group settings. It is an opportunity to connect deeply and honestly with the full range of our experience in these times of immense change.
With the support and guidance of a facilitator, together we will:
- Remembering the beauty and joy in the world
- Honouring our pain and grief
- Unblocking and un-numbing
- Reconnecting with our vitality and intuition
This is a free workshop (because why should anyone have to pay to reconnect with the web of life?)
