Richard Davies of Parthian Books talks about the challenges of publishing in Wales in the 21st Century. Parthian is one of the leading Welsh publishers, set up 25 years ago with a loan from the Prince's Youth Business Trust to publish one book, Work, Sex and Rugby, it has become a touchstone for the best in contemporary Welsh writing.
