Our local botanical artist Lizzie Harper Illustration has donated a fabulous lot including a foraging walk in Spring 2019 led by Lizzie for up to 8 people; one of her beautiful, limited edition prints and a copy of both 'The Garden Forager' and 'The Hedgerow Handbook' written by the amazing Adele Nozedar and illustrated by Lizzie. What a wonderful idea for a family gathering or to bring friends together, Lizzie's prints are so intricate and enchanting - who wouldn't want one on their wall? And the books will help you keep up the foraging after Lizzie's guided walk. 
The incredibly experienced professional guitarist Joe Gooch is also offering one lucky bidder the chance to have an hour's guitar lesson or jam session with him, 1-2-1. Joe is the singer and lead guitarist in Hundred Seventy Split, which he formed after many years playing in Ten Years After. Perfect for wannabe teens or mid-life crisis forty-somethings! Joe never teaches so if this lot appeals come and grab the opportunity while you can!
And for those of you who would be interested in learning the fine art of aromatic, botanical soap-making the amazing Jacqueline Kennett is offering a very lucky bidder a 1-2-1 session at her Castello de Haye workshop in Hay. Jacqueline is incredibly talented and makes all of her soaps using local spring water and natural ingredients. What a wonderful gift for a loved-one or just a fab treat for yourself.
