Raymond Allen is a British television writer and playwright best known for creating the 1970s BBC sitcom Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em. He also wrote for the comedians Dave Allen, Little & Large and Frankie Howerd and the story of his life is both funny and inspirational to the struggling creative. A live theatre version of Some Mothers is currently touring the UK with Joe Pasquale in the role of Frank Spencer. FREE ENTRY!
