We are delighted to welcome our new head chef Johann Sandler to the globe at hay team. Our new winter menu consists of traditional french and english cuisine including soup of the day and game terrine for starters,  fresh salads and gourmet burgers for mains (amongst many other tasty treats!) 

Here at the globe, we are committed to always using locally sourced ingredients from local suppliers and this menu is no different! Originally from France, Johann has created this menu to be shared, engaged with and enjoyed alongside our events, so be sure to book your table when you buy your tickets!
