globe restaurant in hay

Where to eat in Hay-On-Wye? The globe at hay is not only one of the finest arts venues in the county, it's also the perfect restaurant to visit in Hay-on-Wye. We have a well stocked bar of local ales and ciders along with some of the heartiest meals to be found in Hay. If you're looking for a quick bite for lunch or want to curl up with a good book over some coffee and cake then you're in the right place. Our new chef Hugh Sawyer, founder of sustainable food company Off Grid Gourmet, has a new winter menu that changes daily to ensure that all our menu's are as fresh and locally sourced as possible. For our menus do feel free to ring us Tuesday-Sunday or pop in to chat to Hugh!

NEW! Sunday Lunch at the globe at hay

We here at the globe love our lazy Sunday's. The infamous Lego Club and our busy cafe service is stronger than ever but this Spring, we've decided to go one further and also introduce Sunday Lunch Club.

This is your chance to sit and enjoy home-style cooked, sustainably sourced and freshly produced Sunday Lunch, every Sunday at 1.30pm. Enjoy the best meal of the week in our newly refurbished lower gallery, alongside friends, family and globe foodies alike! Space is limited so bookings are advised. To book, please call 01497 821762 or email events@globeathay.co.uk. Sunday's at the globe just got better!
