Local singer Catherine Hughes returned to the Globe accompanied by renowned harpist Paul Sweeting. Her talent is of course underpinned by the haunting melodies of Welsh folk songs she first heard sung in the chapel where she spent her childhood. To this day, she sings these pieces exquisitely and has delighted audiences both local and international.
